Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase ("Terms") govern all purchases, subscriptions, and transactions made through SavvyClinician™ ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing, accessing, or using our products and services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

Subscriptions and Access

SavvyClinician™ offers subscription-based access to its platform. Plans may be billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.

Your payment method will be charged at the then-current rate. Upon successful payment, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for professional purposes.

2. Payment Terms

A valid credit card or other approved payment method must be provided and kept current. By submitting payment information, you authorize SavvyClinician™ to charge your account for subscription fees, renewal fees, and applicable taxes.

If payment cannot be processed, your account may be suspended until payment is successfully completed.

3. Cancellations and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting our support team.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. SavvyClinician™ may suspend or terminate accounts for failure to pay, violation of our Terms and Conditions, or misuse of the platform. Once an account is terminated, access to the platform will end. Fees already paid are non-refundable.

4. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. Refunds may only be issued if required by law or in cases of confirmed duplicate charges or system errors.

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. Once a trial converts to a paid subscription, fees are non-refundable.

5. Changes to Pricing and Services

SavvyClinician™ reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing. Notice of changes will be provided at least thirty (30) days before new rates take effect.

We also reserve the right to add, remove, or modify features of the platform without liability, provided such changes do not materially breach this agreement.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and update it promptly if it changes.

You agree to use the platform in compliance with HIPAA, Texas HB 300, FERPA, and all other applicable laws.

Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Purchase are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
